cauliflower: 2.5 grams per 30 calories
chard: 3.5 grams per 30 calories
romaine lettuce: 2 grams per 30 calories
zucchini: 3 grams per 40 calories
watercress: .8 gram per 4 calories (it’s almost all protein)
alfalfa sprouts: 1 gram per 7 calories
brussels sprouts: 2 grams per 30 calories
